Help us Create a Global Map of Peace Share this link with your friends around the world

Here's how to add yourself to the Map of Peace:
- Click on the gray "stats, pics, members" bar at the bottom of the map, which will take you to a larger view of the map.
- Click on the blue link that says "Hi! Please add yourself" in the bubble that appears over the pin.
- Type in your first name or alias, and if you can, add a
picture. It seems like the "members--pics and e-mail-- stay on the map
and the visitors don't. You don't have to enter your good e-mail but if
you do, you'll get an e-mail from Frappr.
- Once you add yourself, if the pin isn't in the right place
you can move it by clicking on "move this pin" and typing in your city,
state, and country.
- After you're added, you can zoom in and out, look for new
and old friends, and of course, click on "Email this" at the bottom of
this post to invite even more people (FAR and NEAR) to add themselves
to the map!
There will be no cookies junk mail
from us; you're not consenting to anything, petitioning anything, or
committing to anything. You're not getting anything free -- no coupons,
airline miles, or bonus peace for saving the world. This is all about increasing the possibilities for peace by connectin giwth others who want peace.
Thanks to Chris and Liz at Human Kind, Media for the Global Citizen for this borrowed text. It was already so clear and eloquent I couldn't hope to improve it.
Can a blog and its readers stage a worldwide "peace demonstration"
in the spirit of possibility and connection? Click and see. Then stay
