In graduate school I studied systemic change in social systems. I learned that the beliefs, perceptions and expectations we have are self-constructed.
As humans we are part of multiple social systems, and have the opportunity to re-construct our beliefs, perceptions and expectations in order to help us behave toward one another in ways that create cultures of peace.
